With 10 skilled project managers experienced in design, deformation analysis, and project management, we are a leading provider of machining fixtures and special mandrels in France.

The preliminary draft

At ITB, from the outset, every project is the subject of a specific, personalised 3D pre-study, enabling us to seek out optimised solutions.

Ongoing dialogue with the customer enables us to take into account as many of the project’s intrinsic parameters as possible, as well as its quality and productivity requirements, in order to provide the best possible solutions.

Our experience enables us to make proposals for optimising customer processes, with the aim of making resources more productive and more profitable more quickly.

Methods
& machining

We exercise meticulous attention in processing customer orders. Following collaborative validation with the client and review by our methods engineers, system plans proceed to the production stage. ITB leverages the extensive expertise of its technicians, who define and execute the machining process to manufacture products developed by the design office. All ITB clamping systems are produced entirely in-house with exceptional precision, ensuring stringent control over technical competencies, operational processes, and manufacturing lead times.

To uphold superior standards of quality and accuracy, ITB applies advanced finishing techniques to numerous machined parts. The skilled team utilises grinding, wire EDM, and EDM drilling methods. Both flat and cylindrical surfaces are ground to deliver precise assembly fits, a step taken before assembling components to increase operational efficiency. Thanks to a fully air-conditioned workshop, the environment supports outstanding dimensional and geometric precision, while also providing technicians with a comfortable workspace.

Assembly
& adjustments

Assembly and fine-tuning are vital for quickly launching our systems and minimising start-up risks.

Our skilled fitters have the expertise, tools, and logistics to ensure the reliable assembly and performance of our clamping systems. Our test benches and hydraulic power units closely replicate end-use conditions. Having our design office near assembly and machining workshops boosts our responsiveness during development.

Geometric
& dimensional control

ITB innovation ensures product quality and care.

After testing and validation, the clamping system undergoes 3D inspection in a dedicated air-conditioned room. A test report is provided to customers upon delivery, confirming compliance and consistent production.

Setup
& Launch

Our technicians visit customers to install, adjust, and train users on clamping systems as needed.

Our skilled technicians are equipped to start up complex systems, including automatic coupling systems, gantry feeders, and automated hydraulic power packs.
